About Fred

Fred entered the Real Estate business in 1982. He is currently the principal broker for Millstream Properties, LLC. Over the years, Fred has served on several committees for the Athens Board of Realtors, including the Board of Directors committee. At the present time Fred is chairman of the Athens Board of Realtors Ethics and Grievance Committee.

During his twenty-three years of experience in the Real Estate market, Fred has sold over twenty-three million dollars worth of property. He is the recipient of the 1996 Phoenix Award given by the Athens Board of Realtors, and is a life member of the ABR Million Dollar Club.

Fred is happily married to his lovely wife Kathryn. They enjoy spending time with their five children, three of whom are married (no grandchildren yet), and visiting the North Georgia mountains.
